The Spider Screw is extremely versatile, due to its small dimensions and unique bracket-like design. It is easily placed in maxilla or mandible, even where bone thickness is limited. The self-tapping feature of the Spider Screw makes it easily implantable as an ordinary maxillo-facial screw.
Immediate loading is possible because it is designed as a non-osteointegrable implant and consequently force can be applied immediately after placement.
The Spider Screw is an anchorage device that can be used during every phase of orthodontic treatment. Suitable for symmetric or asymmetric anchorage, the Spider Screw assists in the success of the orthodontic treatment, both in adults and adolescents, reducing treatment times without patient cooperation.
